Bank of America (BAC) Trades Higher After Streamlinig Operations, Naming Co-COOs

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) is trading higher Wednesday morning, following an announcement it will begin operating under three streamlined segments: individuals, companies, and institutional investors. Shares are up 2.8% ahead of the bell.

BofA Chief Brian Moynihan also appointed David Darnell and Tom Montag to the newly-created positions of co-chief operating officers, accountable for all of the company’s operating units.
