Baidu (BIDU) Sees Largest Decline in Nearly One Month

Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) shares are down over 5 percent this afternoon, the largest decline since May 13th, according to Bloomberg.
Volume is slightly ahead of average, shares trading hands about 8.7 million times, compared to the trailing daily average of 7.8 million.
On May 13th, Baidu ended up closing at $131.28, 5 percent lower than its previous closing of $138.20.
Baidu has been trending lower all day, following reports late last week that the U.S. SEC will be investigating auditors of Chinese internet stocks, which sent many lower into the close.
