On this slow news day our attention has been drawn to a tiny pink sheet traded company, Branded Media Corp (OTC: BMCP), which has been compiling an impressive executive suite and board of directors as of late.
Yesterday the company announced that Michael S. Scofield has joined its Board of Directors. Scofield is the Chairman of the Board of the Evergreen Funds, one of America's 20 largest mutual fund families.
The company's CEO is Eve Krzyzanowski, who most recently served as Senior Vice President of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia's television operations.
Branded Media Corporation markets consumer products through its proprietary strategy and according to the company�s website it owns one of the largest classic film, music, and television libraries which has been appraised at $9,500,000.

So why is the company trading on the exchange of scam artists and broken promises, the OTC Pink Sheets? That questions remains to be answered but the stock might be worth keeping an eye on.
