Shares of Autodesk (Nasdaq: ADSK) are 6% higher today after the company raised Q1, Q2 and FY09 guidance this morning.

With less than one week remaining in the first quarter, Autodesk said its sees revenues between $590 million and $595 million, which compares to their previous guidance of $575 million to $585 million. Analysts on average were looking for $578.1 million from the company. The company also said it sees Non-GAAP EPS of $0.47-$0.48, versus previous guidance of $0.46-$0.48. The EPS consensus $0.47.

The company also raised Q2 guidance. They expect revenues between $600 and $610 million, versus previous guidance of $590 million. The company sees Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.52-$0.54, versus prior guidance of $0.50 (cons $0.50).

For fiscal 2009, Autodesk sees revenues of between $2.45 billion and $2.50 billion, versus previous guidance of $2.425 billion and $2.475 billion. The company sees Non-GAAP EPS of $2.20-$2.30, versus previous guidance of $2.15-$2.25 (cons $2.16). [LJ]
