Are the Insiders in ELN Going to Step Up and Buy?

March 4, 2005 2:51 PM EST
Elan Corp PLC (NYSE: ELN) shareholders have felt pain this week; you think the selling is done, then you get hit with another 11% slide after news surfaces of the second death related to Tysabri. The stock has sunk from $26.90 to its current price of $5.86 in 5 trading days. BRUTUAL!!!

Is now the right time to step-up and buy? It looks like a potential interesting play as the selling has to be near an end. The management needs to show some confidence here and step-up and start buying. Or we need to see the big funds, who have taken a beating, step up on the bid.

It will happen. The question is when? - Here or at $3/share.
