According to the NY Times, Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) alleged streaming radio service is said to be delayed.
The Times cites people familiar with the matter in saying the service, which had previously been expected to be released within a few months, won't debut until sometime over the summer at earliest.
The delay may be due to licensing negotiations with music labels, which was earlier said to be on rocky ground.
Apple may have even planned to debut the service during the 2013 Grammys.
The Times stated that Apple may have also hit a speed bump with a key publisher in Sony/ATV, which controls the EMI publishing catalog.
Apple is up 0.7 percent Thursday.
