Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) stock is trading in positive territory Friday morning, after the company won a ban of a competitors device in a major European country.
According to reports this morning, Apple successfully convinced Germany to ban Samsung's Galaxy 10.1 tablet. Germany will continue a ban on the Galaxy it has had since August 9th. Samsung's Galaxy won't be banned in other EU countries because of this decision.
The court contends that the Galaxy tablet design looks too much like Apple's minimalistic design.
