Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) is trading in negative territory Thursday following reports that peer Samsung won a bid to continue selling its new Galaxy Nexus smartphone in the U.S.
According to Bloomberg, the U.S. Court of Appeals ruled favorably for Samsung as it continues in patent litigation with Apple. The Court lifted a lower court's ban on the sales following an initial call on June 29th.
Shares of Apple are down about 1 percent.
