Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) said to acquire health data startup Glimpse, according to Fast Company.
UPDATE - Glimpse was started in 2013 and allows people to build a "personal health data platform," allowing users to gather, personalize, and share health data.
Former Apple systems engineer Anil Sethi started the company. The exec has been working with health startups over the past decade.
On the deal, Apple commented: Apple buys smaller technology companies from time to time, and we generally do not discuss our purpose or plans.
