According to reports Friday, a German court has ruled in favor of Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) against Samsung, saying Apple hadn't violated one of Samsung's technical patents. The ligation was part of a broader lawsuit.
Samsung filed a complaint in the Mannheim Regional Court in Germany last April, the WSJ notes Friday morning. What patent Apple got the favorable ruling on wasn't made immediately clear.
Finally, as stated, Samsung still has several other outstanding patent claims against Samsung.
