Amazon.com (AMZN) Same-Day Delivery Service Reaches 14 Metro Areas

Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN) is now offering same-day delivery options for Prime member in 14 cities.
According to the LA Times, Prime members in the select cities that place an order over $35 will have the item the same-day before 9pm. Those that don't spend $35 will run pay $5.99 for same-day delivery.
About one million items are included in the initial roll-out.
Cities where same-day service is being made avaiable include: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Diego, the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle-Tacoma, Tampa Bay and Washington, D.C. You can keep tabs on your zip code here.
