Abengoa (ABGB) Said it Met Conditions Set by Conv. Bondholders

Abengoa (Nasdaq: ABGB) said Monday that it is in compliance with conditions set by convertible bondholders, according to filing made Monday.
Bloomberg noted that the agreements cover €250 million worth of the notes.
Bondholders agreed to amend terms in late November subject to Abengoa meeting certain conditions.
Shares of Abengoa are down over 9 percent.
