A number of General Motors (NYSE: GM) executives disclosed that they cashed out of their remaining stock positions in the near-bankrupt automaker:
- GM Officer Robert Lutz sold 81,360 shares on 5/8 at $1.61. Remaining Holdings "0"
- GM Officer Troy Clarke sold 21,380 shares on 5/11 at $1.45. Remaining Holdings "0"
- GM Officer Gary Cowger sold 35,008 shares on 5/8 at $1.60. Remaining Holdings "0"
- GM Officer Carl-Peter Forster sold 5,389 shares on 5/8 at $1.61. Remaining Holdings "0"
- GM Officer Thomas Stephens sold 21,621 shares on 5/5-5/11 at $1.60. Remaining Holdings "0"
- GM Officer Ralph Szgenda sold 39,953 shares on 5/8 at $1.60-$1.61. Remaining Holdings "0"
If this is not a telegraphed message that the stock is going to "zero" I don't know what is.
