Shares of 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) are up in early trading after the company announced adding SYNNEX Corp (NYSE: SNX) to its global reseller network. SYNNEX will sell and support 3D Systems' complete portfolio of personal and professional 3D printers and materials through its PRINTSolv Wide Format group in both the United States and Canada, according to the release.
