After the close it was disclosed that Zoltek Companies Inc. (Nasdaq: ZOLT) CEO Zsolt Rumy disclosed the purchase of 45,195 shares from 05/25-05/30 at prices from $7.73-$8.00, bringing his stake to 6,162,904 shares.
