VivoPower board members buy 2.65 million shares

VivoPower International PLC (NASDAQ: VVPR) announced that its board members purchased an aggregate of 2.65 million shares in the company. Executive Chairman Kevin Chin accounted for the majority of the share purchases, according to a company statement.
Each director filed Form 4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission documenting their increased shareholdings. The London-based company develops data center infrastructure for AI compute applications.
VivoPower was founded in 2014 and has been listed on Nasdaq since 2016. The company operates across the United Kingdom, Australia, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
