Tesla (TSLA) Musk Discloses Recent ~83K Share Stock Purchase

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) CEO, Elon Musk, filed a form 4 with the SEC disclosing his recent purchase of the shares, which was related to the company's recent equity offering.

The filing showed Musk bought 82,645 shares at $242.

The company said Musk would buy into the offering.

Musk now owns 28,371,342 shares of Tesla.
