Mint Incorporation shareholders enter voluntary lock-up agreements

Mint Incorporation Limited (NASDAQ: MIMI) announced that certain shareholders have entered into voluntary lock-up agreements covering shares and convertible securities. The agreements began September 30, 2025 and expire March 31, 2026.

The participating shareholders include entities controlled by Chairman Cheong Shing Ku and Director and Chief Executive Officer Hoi Hung Chan. The lock-up covers 4,811,800 Class A ordinary shares and 7,000,000 Class B ordinary shares.

These shares represent approximately 26.7% of the company's total issued Class A ordinary shares and 100% of total issued Class B ordinary shares as of the announcement date.

"These voluntary lock-up agreements demonstrate our confidence in Mint's vision and the execution of our growth strategy," said CEO Hoi Lung Chan. "As Mint is extending its expertise to harness robotics, IoT, and AI technologies to enhance the way properties are managed and experienced, we believe this commitment will further reinforce long-term shareholder confidence and support sustainable value creation."

Mint Incorporation Limited is a Hong Kong-based interior design and fit-out works provider focused on commercial properties. The company serves offices across various industries and retail stores, working with international retail brands, food and beverage chains, offices, and charitable organizations in Hong Kong. The company also provides interior design services for luxury residential properties.
