Genius Group CEO buys 300,000 shares at $0.37 each
Genius Group Limited (NYSE American: GNS) announced that CEO and founder Roger Hamilton purchased 300,000 company shares on the open market on March 13, 2025, at an average price of $0.37 per share.
The purchase brings Hamilton's total share acquisitions to 5.5 million shares valued at $2.9 million across seven separate transactions since January 2024, according to the company statement.
Hamilton stated that insider purchases had been restricted until the company filed its 20-F annual report this week. "I'm pleased to have completed a further purchase of shares of Genius Group as soon as permitted, expressing my ongoing commitment and confidence in the Company's future," he said.
Genius Group describes itself as an AI-powered education company that serves 6 million users across more than 100 countries through its digital marketplace offering AI training, tools and talent services.
