Genenta Science CEO owns 10% stake through market purchases

Genenta Science (NASDAQ: GNTA) announced that Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Pierluigi Paracchi owns approximately 10% of the company's outstanding share capital as of December 19, 2025.
Paracchi holds 2,326,129 American Depositary Shares and ordinary shares in total, according to calculations made in accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission rules. The executive has acquired 30,000 ADSs through open-market purchases over time, with no reported sales of company securities.
All of Paracchi's transactions in Genenta securities have consisted of open-market purchases, as reported in the company's SEC filings. The Milan and New York-based company develops hematopoietic stem-cell-based immunotherapies for solid tumors.
Genenta is currently conducting clinical trials for its product candidate Temferon, including a completed Phase 1 trial for newly diagnosed Glioblastoma Multiforme patients and an ongoing Phase 1/2a metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma study.
