FRGE CEO forfeits 155,935 restricted stock units

Forge Global Holdings Inc. (NYSE: FRGE) announced that Chief Executive Officer Kelly Rodriques voluntarily forfeited all 155,935 restricted stock units underlying an RSU grant approved at the company's 2023 annual meeting of stockholders.
The forfeiture occurred on September 22, 2025, and Rodriques received no consideration for the action. According to the company, the CEO's decision will enable Forge Global to use the shares to attract, motivate, and retain key personnel.
The restricted stock units were part of a grant that had been approved by shareholders at the company's annual meeting in 2023. The information was disclosed in a company statement.
