DeFi Development executives purchase shares in open market

DeFi Development Corp. (NASDAQ: DFDV) disclosed that two executives purchased company shares in open-market transactions on November 25, 2025, according to Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Parker White, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer, purchased 10,044 shares for $69,420. Daniel Kang, Chief Strategy Officer, bought 4,200 shares at $6.90 per share for $28,980.
The company also reported administrative transfers of shares between affiliated entities that did not involve open-market sales or change aggregate economic ownership. These transfers involved partnership units in SolSync Solutions Partnership and distributions from DeFi Dev LLC to members based on pro-rata ownership.
DeFi Development Corp. operates with a treasury strategy focused on accumulating Solana cryptocurrency. The company holds SOL tokens, operates validator infrastructure for staking rewards, and participates in decentralized finance opportunities within the Solana ecosystem.
The company also operates an online platform serving the commercial real estate industry, providing data and software subscriptions to property professionals. It serves more than one million web users annually, including property owners, developers, and lenders processing billions of dollars in debt financing applications.
