BGIN executives purchase shares in open market transactions
BGIN BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED (NASDAQ: BGIN) announced that two executives purchased additional shares in open market transactions. Chairman and co-founder Oisin Li acquired 60,000 Class A ordinary shares at an average price of $3.70 per share, while independent director Paul Tsang purchased 8,100 Class A ordinary shares at an average price of $2.85 per share.
The transactions were disclosed in a company statement based on a press release. Li stated the purchases reflect his conviction in the company's direction and long-term potential, noting plans to position BGIN as an infrastructure player within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
BGIN operates as a digital asset technology company that designs and manufactures cryptocurrency mining hardware under its ICERIVER brand. The company focuses on ASIC chip design and mining machine development, targeting markets ranging from individual miners to large-scale industrial operations.
The share purchases represent personal investments by the executives in the Singapore-based company, which also provides mining infrastructure and hosting services to customers in the cryptocurrency mining sector.
