A123 Systems (AONE) Tech Chief Riley Sells 20K Shares from Trust

After the markets closed Monday, A123 Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: AONE) tech chief Gilbert Riley disclosed a recent sale.
According to a Form 4 filed with the U.S. SEC, Riley sold 20,000 shares held indirectly by "The Yusun Kim Riley Revocable Trust" on November 1, 2012. Sales were conducted for an average price of 13.84 cents per share, or gross proceeds of $2,768.
Following the sale, the Trust still has about 353,705 shares, while Riley holds 603,671 shares directly, including restricted stock units (RSUs).
The trade was made pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 plan.
Shares of A123 are comfortably in positive territory Tuesday after receiving court approval to use $50 million of debtor-in-possession (DIP) funds. Click here for more color.
