Park National Corp. (NYSE: PRK) will replace Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE: DNR) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Monday, August 3. Denbury Resources is filing for bankruptcy protection and is ineligible for continued inclusion the in S&P SmallCap 600.
