July 1, 2026 8:01 AM EDT

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) has been added to the Russell Microcap® Index and the Russell 3000E® Index, effective with the market's opening on June 29, as part of the 2026 Russell indexes reconstitution.

The company has also been included in the Russell 3000E Growth Benchmark, a growth-oriented segment of the Russell 3000E® Index. Membership in the Russell Microcap® Index results in automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes.

As of April 30, 2026, the Russell Microcap® Index included 1,375 securities with market capitalizations ranging from $30.1 million to $1.1 billion. FTSE Russell determines membership primarily by objective market-capitalization rankings and style attributes. Index membership remains in place for half a year under the current semi-annual reconstitution schedule.

Approximately $12 trillion in assets are benchmarked to or invested in products tracking Russell U.S. indexes.

Keyvan Samini, president and CFO of Mobix Labs, said the inclusion "could be helpful in expanding Mobix Labs' exposure to institutional investors and the broader investment community, in addition to index funds and ETFs that utilize Russell indexes."

Fiona Bassett, CEO of FTSE Russell, an LSEG business, noted that the transition to a semi-annual reconstitution frequency "will ensure our indexes continue to represent the market and maintain the purpose of the index as a portfolio benchmark."

Mobix Labs develops electronics, connectivity, RF, and sensing technologies for aerospace, defense, drone, and other high-reliability markets. The company is based in Irvine, California.
