Crescent Energy Company (NYSE: CRGY) will replace Perficient Inc. (NASD:PRFT) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Friday, October 4. EQT Group is acquiring Perficient in a deal expected to close soon pending final conditions.
