Zynerba Pharma (ZYNE) Adds Six New Directors

Zynerba Pharma (NASDAQ: ZYNE) announced that it has appointed six new members of its board of directors. The appointees offer extensive scientific, regulatory commercial and financial experience and successful track records in development- and commercial-stage pharmaceutical companies. With these new appointments, Philip Wagenheim and Steve Gailar have resigned as members of the Zynerba board of directors.
