Zonare Medical Systems (ZONE) Files $86.25M IPO

Zonare Medical Systems (Nasdaq: ZONE) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $86.25 million. The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "ZONE".

The offering is being made through Citi, Piper Jaffray, Cowen and Company and Canaccord Adams.

Zonare develops, manufactures and commercializes premium compact ultrasound systems that are used for diagnostic imaging across a wide range of clinical applications and settings.
