Zillow Files $51.75M IPO

Zillow, Inc. filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $51.75 million. Zillow has not picked a ticker or market to list on at the time of the filing.

The offering is being made through Citi, Allen & Co., Needham & Company, ThinkEquity, and First Washington Corp.

Zillow is one of the leading real estate information marketplaces in the U.S.
