Zillow (Nasdaq: Z) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Zillow plans to sell 3.462 million shares of common stock, but increased it's expected offering price range from $12 - $14 to $16 - $18 per share. Zillow plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "Z."
The offering is being made through Citi, Allen & Company LLC, Pacific Crest Securities, ThinkEquity LLC, and First Washington Corp.
