Zenta Group prices IPO at $4 per share, raising $6 million

Zenta Group Company Limited (NASDAQ: ZGM) priced its initial public offering at $4.00 per ordinary share, issuing 1,500,000 shares to raise $6 million in gross proceeds before expenses, according to a company statement.



The Macau-based professional services provider's shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on September 9, 2025. The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 225,000 additional shares at the offering price to cover over-allotments.



Zenta Group plans to use the proceeds for business expansion in Macau, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, developing its fintech operations, brand development and team expansion, plus working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on September 10, 2025.



The company provides consultation services for industrial parks, business investment advice and fintech products and services. Founded in 2019, Zenta Group serves clients primarily from China's Greater Bay Area through its operating entities in Macau, China.



Cathay Securities, Inc. serves as the representative of the underwriters for the offering. The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement on Form F-1 effective on September 5, 2025.



The offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis, with the final prospectus available through the SEC's website and Cathay Securities.
