Xplore Technologies (XLRT) Files $12M Nasdaq IPO, Ticker 'XPLR'

Xplore Technologies Corp. (OTC: XLRT) filed an IPO with the SEC to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker (Nasdaq: XPLR). The maximum offering size is $12.125 million.

Aegis Capital is leading the deal.

Xplore engineers, develops, integrates and markets rugged, mobile computing systems. The company's products are designed to enhance the ability of persons to perform their jobs outside of traditional office settings. The company's family of iXTM tablet personal computer (PC) systems, which they refer to as iX104, are designed to operate in challenging work environments such as extreme temperatures, repeated vibrations or dirty and wet or dusty conditions. The iX104 systems can be fitted with a wide range of performance matched accessories, including multiple docking station solutions, wireless connectivity alternatives, global positioning system modules, biometric and smartcard modules, as well as traditional peripherals like keyboards and cases.
