XBiotech (XBIT) IPO Prices at $19/Share

XBiotech Inc., (Nasdaq: XBIT) a leading developer of next-generation therapeutic antibodies, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $19.00 per share for a total offering amount of $76,000,000, before the underwriting discount. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 under the ticker symbol "XBIT."

WR Hambrecht + Co is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
