Westinghouse files draft IPO registration with SEC
Cameco (TSX: CCO; NYSE: CCJ) announced that Westinghouse Electric Company has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
Westinghouse is jointly owned by Cameco and Brookfield Renewable Partners. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering will be subject to market and other conditions.
