VerifyMe Inc. (VRME) IPO Opens Lower

Today's IPO for VerifyMe Inc. (NASDAQ: VRME) opened for trading at $3.48 after pricing 2,173,913 units at a price to the public of $4.60 per unit.

Maxim Group LLC is acting as lead book-running manager for the offering and Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC is acting as co-book-running manager for the offering.
