Varsal files for IPO on NYSE American with ticker VAT

Varsal has filed for an initial public offering on a firm commitment basis on NYSE American, according to a press release statement. The company plans to list its Class A Common Stock, with a par value of $0.0001 per share, under the ticker symbol "VAT."

The filing does not specify the number of shares to be offered or the expected price range. The closing of the offering is conditional upon NYSE American's approval of Varsal's listing application.
