Vantiv, Inc. (NYSE: VNTV), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 29,422,000 Class A shares and sees an offering price of $16 - $18 per share. Vantiv plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker, "VNTV."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, Jefferies, Raymond James, William Blair & Company, and Wells Fargo Securities.
