VIZIO Holding (VZIO) Files IPO, to Trade on NYSE Under Ticker 'VZIO'
VIZIO Holding Corp. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered by VIZIO and certain selling stockholders and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. VIZIO intends to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "VZIO."
J.P. Morgan and BofA Securities will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Wells Fargo Securities and Guggenheim Securities will also act as book-running managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company and Piper Sandler will act as joint lead managers, and Roth Capital Partners will act as co-manager for the proposed offering.
