Trustwave Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TWAV), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Trustwave plans to sell 6.25 million shares of common stock and sees an offering price of $15 - $17 per share. Trustwave plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker "TWAV."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, William Blair & Co., and BMO Capital Markets.
