Trinseo S.A. (NYSE: TSE)(Nasdaq: TSE) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $400 million. The company filed to list its shares under the ticker "TSE."
