Ticketplus files for initial public offering on Nasdaq
Ticketplus Ltd. (NYSE: TP) filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of ordinary shares, according to a company statement.
The company plans to list its ordinary shares on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "TP." The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not been determined.
Roth Capital Partners, Bancroft Capital LLC and MDB Capital will serve as underwriters for the proposed offering.
The offering remains subject to market conditions, and the company noted there is no assurance regarding whether or when the offering may be completed or the actual size and terms of the offering.
