Ticketplus files for IPO with shares priced between $13-$15
Ticketplus (NYSE: TP) filed for an initial public offering, according to a company statement. The company plans to offer ordinary shares with a par value of $0.0001 each.
The estimated initial public offering price ranges between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. Ticketplus selected a midpoint price of $14.00 per share for calculation purposes in its prospectus.
No public market currently exists for the company's shares. Ticketplus has applied to list its ordinary shares on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "TP".
The company stated it expects to meet listing standards upon completion of the offering. The closing of the offering depends on securing the Nasdaq listing.
