Textura Corp. (TXTR) Files $50M IPO

Textura Corp. (NYSE: TXTR) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $50 million. Textura plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "TXTR."

The offering is being made through Credit Suisse, William Blair, JMP Securities, Oppenheimer & Co., and Barrington Research.

Brief financial summary: "We have achieved significant growth since introducing our solutions to the market. In the fiscal years ended September 30, 2010, 2011 and 2012, we generated revenue of $6.0 million, $10.5 million and $21.7 million, respectively, which represented growth over the prior period of 90.0%, 74.7% and 106.2%, respectively. In those same periods, we had net losses of $15.9 million, $18.9 million and $18.8 million, respectively."

Textura is a provider of on-demand business collaboration software to the commercial construction industry.
