Sweetgreen, Inc (SG) Prices 13M Share IPO at $28/sh

Sweetgreen, Inc. (NYSE: SG) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of Class A common stock at the price to the public of $28 per share. Sweetgreen is offering 13,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 18, 2021 under the symbol "SG" and the offering is expected to close on November 22, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan are acting as lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering. Allen & Company LLC and Morgan Stanley are acting as book-running managers. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Cowen and Company, LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., RBC Capital Markets, and William Blair are also acting as book-running managers. Amerivet Securities and Blaylock Van LLC are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
