Standard Nuclear files for 18.25M share IPO at $18-$21 per share

Standard Nuclear, Inc. is offering 18,250,000 shares of Class A common stock in its initial public offering, with an estimated price range of $18.00 to $21.00 per share, according to a press release statement.

The company has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol STDN.

Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for Standard Nuclear's Class A common stock.
