Splunk (Nasdaq: SPLK) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Splunk plans to sell 13.5 million shares and sees an offering price of $8 to $10 per share. Splunk plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "SPLK."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, BofA/Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank, Pacific Crest, and Cowen and Co.
