Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SXE) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $230 million. Southcross plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "SXE."
The offering is being made through Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities.
