Solazyme, Inc. (Nasdaq: SZEM) filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today for an Initial Public Offering of their Common Stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $100 million. The company has filed to list their shares on Nasdaq Capital Markets under the ticker "SZEM."
