Sinda Ltd. raises $213M in NYSE debut as silver explorer

Sinda Ltd. (NYSE: SIND), a silver exploration and development company with mineral projects in Mexico, has closed its initial public offering of 17,750,000 shares of common stock at $12.00 per share, generating approximately $213 million in gross proceeds before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses.
The company's common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026.
Morgan Stanley, Scotiabank, and BMO Capital Markets served as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity, Citigroup, and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint bookrunners.
According to a press release, Sinda holds mineral projects in Mexico with an estimated 369 million silver-equivalent ounces of Inferred Mineral Resources and 16 million silver-equivalent ounces of Indicated Mineral Resources, along with exploration targets of 452 to 484 million silver-equivalent ounces.
The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement effective on June 25, 2026. A prospectus has been filed with the SEC and is available on the agency's website.
